Hi, my name is Nadiah and I am a L5 qualified personal trainer. I help women and mums who hate exercising to fall in love with fitness, and feel more confident and happy! I specialise in functional training with a focus on strength and mobility.
When I first entered the gym years ago, I did not know where to begin… gaining the confidence to even show up at the gym, how to use the machines, what exercises to do and how to do them. I knew exercising would be good for me, but the gym was terribly intimidating at the start. Through guidance from PTs who motivated, educated and supported me, I was able to build a good foundation for exercise. Since then, I learned that fitness was crucial to supporting my day-to-day activities and mental health, as well as building body confidence.
Over the years, I dabbled in various training types and diets, and struggled with staying consistent due to a lack of motivation and lower back injuries. What helped me stay on track was to have a simple, realistic and enjoyable fitness plan with measurable goals within a specified time. I understand how busy life can get, but taking time to care for your body and mind allows you to celebrate life even more.
