My journey began in 2020, after experiencing the ups and downs of diets and struggling with consistency. I realized that change starts with how we feel and changed my perspective from viewing exercise and nutrition as obligations or punishments to realising it is enjoyable, fun, and rewarding. This inspired me to become a Qualified Personal Trainer through NZIHF. Along the way, I discovered a passion for working with pre-and post natal clients, women’s health and weight loss, as well as an understanding that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. I'm energetic and dedicated to helping my clients have fun, all while staying safe, feeling confident, comfortable, and proud of themselves by helping them achieve their goals!
